Sometimes, we forget how lucky we are to have this incredible holiday park nestled on the banks of Lake Hume. There are beautiful shady trees scattered throughout the park where you can set up your campsite and enjoying watching all of the action on Lake Hume and around our park. Plus, there is no better spot to be than Great Aussie Holiday Park watching over the Lake as the sun sets and the sky turns magical. If you’re not into camping, we always have our onsite accommodation – ranging from Poolside Villas, Park View Cabins, Squatters Huts, Leisure Units and of course our dormitory style accommodation for large group bookings.

Don’t forget your bikes!!! We are one of the best bike riding holiday park around, with heaps of space to explore and our pump bike track is a huge hit with our guests…Whether you are a beginner or expert, the pump track will keep any bike riding enthusiast entertained for hours. The scenery around Great Aussie Holiday Park is beautiful and there is no better way to explore our park than on bikes. We ask that you always wear a helmet and closed-toe shoes for your own safety.

We have two lovely ostriches that cruise around our park – June and Grace. They are lovely and they love saying hi to our guests. If you see Grace and June as you stroll around our beautiful holiday park, be sure to say hello to our two old birds!

Part of our school camp program offers the activity of canoeing on Lake Hume. This is an absolute highlight for our participants and is a great way to experience the mighty Lake Hume.
